Booked Labs is a small business. This page says in plain words what information we handle and why.

What we collect

If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and the time you chose.
If you reply to one of our emails, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.

You give us an export of your past clients: name, email, last visit and last treatment. We use it only to send the come-back emails you approved and to handle the replies.
The list stays yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for any other clinic.
When the campaign ends, we delete the export and the conversations [[Charl to confirm the retention period, e.g. within 30 days]].
Your information may be stored and processed outside Canada by us and by our service providers (for example email and scheduling tools).

Reply "no thanks" to any email and you will not hear from us again. We remove unsubscribes within ten business days.
